iTero Scanner
The iTero scanner is a hand-held device that we use to scan the mouth. This technology allows us to show our patients actual pictures and 3D rendered models of their teeth. This visual aid helps patients better comprehend the discussion regarding their dental health.
A full scan usually takes about 10 to 15 minutes to complete. We often use it for every new patient exam and some periodic exams. Some of the benefits of this technology are that it:

Electric hand-pieces
Traditional dental hand-pieces are air-driven, and they produce that loud, unpleasant noise that is usually associated with dental offices. Ours are electric-driven, which are the most advanced type of hand-pieces available. Electric hand-pieces are much quieter than air-driven ones and have more consistent and greater torque.
This means they are more gentle, accurate, and produce less vibration, which translates into more precise treatments and a more enjoyable experience for you.

Paperless check-ins. We send a link to your device so you can check in from your smartphone or tablet. You can also check in using one of our iPads.

A-dec Dental Chairs. Our offices are equipped with functional, ergonomic dental chairs. This means a more enjoyable experience and more efficient procedures.

At Dental Minds, we are in-network with many major PPO insurance companies. Our front office staff will check your benefits and your estimated out-of-pocket cost.
If you don’t have insurance, don’t worry. We offer flexible payment options and cash prices for procedures.
