How a love of art led her to dentistry
Dr. Erica Schroer
Dr. Erica Schroer, DMD, practices comprehensive general dentistry at Dental Minds in Logan Square. She grew up loving art and finding creative ways to bring ideas to life, and dentistry became a natural way to combine that creativity with science and helping people.
At the University of Missouri, she joined a mission trip where she helped provide dental education. It gave her a first look at how much dentistry can change a person’s life, and she was hooked.
Today, her favorite parts of the work are problem-solving and building relationships with patients.
