Your first step: A clear diagnosis
“What happens at a dental emergency visit?”
For any urgent visit, we start with a Limited Oral Evaluation (LOE). This is a focused, 60-minute appointment designed to get to the root of your problem quickly and calmly. For a flat rate of $149, your visit will include:
- 5A focused examination of the problem area
- 5Any necessary digital x-rays to see what’s happening below the surface
- 5A clear diagnosis from our dentists
This visit is for diagnosis only and doesn’t include a dental cleaning. This will be scheduled separately based on your specific needs.
Note: The $149 fee is only applicable to patients without insurance. If you are insured, the services are billed through your insurance based on your coverage.

Insurance & Your Emergency Visit
“How much will my emergency visit cost?”
We believe in transparent pricing, especially when you’re stressed. Your initial emergency visit (the Limited Oral Evaluation (LOE) with an exam and x-rays) is a flat rate of $149.
We are in-network with many major PPO insurance companies. Your insurance may cover part or all of the cost of any follow-up treatment you need. Our front office staff will always check your benefits and provide a clear estimate for any recommended procedures.
If you decide to move forward with us for your long-term care, you’ll be invited back for a complimentary 30-minute consultation to discuss your full treatment plan.
