I use something called Kooliner which I think is from Bosworth. It's a soft reline material which is easy to use and well tolerated by patients. Soft relines do have limited lifespans, and they tend to harden up over a few months. They are also porous which makes them tend to harbour bacteria as well so they aren't really meant for long term use.

Thanks for the reply - do you polish and smoothen the reline with the acrylic vulcanite bur or some other bur?

You can sort of cut it away or melt it using a specialized heated knife tip. It's really not all that polishable in nature. Once it hardens up, a regular acrylic bur can be used to make adjustments.

There are other more permanent soft relines available such as Molloplast B. These can be a bit tricky to adjust though as they are more a tough silicone like rubbery reline.
