mouth smell

Hi All,

My mouth smell very bad most of the time, I regularlly brush twice a day and clean my mouth with mouth wash but does not really help. What should I do to get rid of the bad smell.

Any suggestion appreciated.

Well if you haven't had a dental cleaning for a while, that might be the first thing to try. Sometimes gum disease can result in odours in the mouth. Tongue scrapers can be helpful to reduce bacteria on the tongue. Some people have tonsils which accumulate debris which can also contribute to bad breath. Maybe see a dentist and have it checked out.
